We have a very efficient operating model, we buy well and don’t spend money on things that don’t improve your experience working with us or that don’t help you accomplish your goals. Q: What documentation do I need to provide SwervePoint with to receive the Best Price Guarantee?

A: Please email or fax us a copy of a quote from one of our competitors. The quote must be on an official company form, which clearly specifies the company name, address and phone number. A price quoted in the body of an email is not sufficient. The quote must also clearly and in detail state the item(s) being quoted, so we can ensure that we are quoting on the exact item.

Q: Are any products excluded from the Best Price Guarantee?

A: Certain “brand name” items are excluded from this guarantee because of the very small discount we receive from the manufacturers of these items – Consumer electronic items are a good example. However this varies on an item-by-item basis and we’d suggest sending us over the quote anyway, to see what we can do. You’ve got nothing to lose, and you could potentially save some dough.

Q: When calculating your competitor’s price do you take into account set-up charges, run charges, and freight charges?

A: In order to ensure an “apples to apples” price comparison, we need to quote you the same way our competitor has quoted you. If they quote setups, etc. separately, then that’s how we’ll handle it. If they roll everything up into one unit price, we’ll do the same.

Q: Are SwervePoint services such as design, fulfillment, and delivery eligible for the Best Price Guarantee?

A: This really depends on the specifics of the project in question, but it doesn’t hurt to have a discussion and see what we can do.

Q: How do I get my Best Price Guarantee refund?

A: Once you’ve provided proper documentation of a competitor’s quote, we’ll provide you with an updated quote that is lower than our competitor’s quote by 10% of the difference between our original price and their price. When your order with us has been produced and shipped, you will be invoiced at the new, lower price.
